Additional security features were implemented with a recent system upgrade.  You will be required to create a new password, if your current SPTRB password does not include the following:
  •    at least 7 character
 •   at least one numeric character
•  at least one alphabetic character

If you were certified before October 2015, your username is your 7-digit teacher’s certificate number. If you were certified after October 2015, your username is the email address you entered when you created your SPTRB account.
 
You can request your username by clicking 'Forgot Username' if you do not remember your username. This will be sent to the email address you entered or the email we have on file for you.
To update your password
 •    Click 'Forget Password'. This will send an email to the email address we have on file. (Please ensure to check your spam/junk email folder) 
 •   Follow the link and instructions contained in the email.
•  If after completing these steps you are unable to change your password, please email general@sptrb.ca with your name and certificate number and we will further assist you.

Reminder:
  •   Please do not create a new account if you hold teacher's certificate.
