demonstrate an open, approachable, and respectful leadership style with superior communication skills; |

model collaborative relationship development with the teaching profession and community; |

interface with multiple stakeholders, including First Nations and Metis authorities, school division officials, pre-K to 12 educational partners, universities, and related agencies. |
